What is a Shared Success workshop?
We run a workshop to make sure all your departments are aligned on what your CRM needs to deliver. During these interactive sessions, you’ll work together to build a picture of how your business works, where improvements are needed, and understand your key goals.
We recommend that we visit you to hold Shared Success workshops, but we can run them remotely too. The main goals are to work out what value looks like to you, and then to share a detailed report on how you can realise that value.
We gather your key stakeholders (usually the executive team and senior managers) together to align on the biggest challenges you’re facing.
We take a deeper dive into your customers and operations. Getting to the bottom of how your business works day to day, where the gaps are, and how you can improve the customer journey.
We create a detailed report outlining recommendations and a proposed roadmap and show you what the future can look like with a CRM in place.
We’ll run through all our recommendations and get your thoughts. From here you can talk to our consultants, ask any questions you have and decide if you want to take your consultancy report away, or continue your Workbooks journey.
